This song is about a relationship falling apart. I think these go together because the song is about wondering if there were signs that you were meant to be with someone and in the book Julie is trying to move on after her husband’s death but isn’t sure if it’s right to go for the person that she wants. Paul never makes it home and Adrienne didn’t realize that the last kiss they shared was the last kiss they would ever have. Paul is leaving the country for a year to reconnect with his son, but he promises to return in a year so he and Adrienne can be together. Paul and Adrienne meet and fall in love one weekend while alone in a Bed And Breakfast. This one I had a little bit of trouble with but I went with Haunted because it takes about being haunted by something and Miles and Sarah have things that haunt them. This song reminds me of Taylor and Denise so much.Ī Bend In The Road and Haunted. This song is about someone waiting for a loved one to come to their senses and hoping this person will come back to them. This song makes me cry, this book makes me cry. It’s a beautiful love story, it’s sad and it has a tragic ending.Ī Walk To Remember and Soon You’ll Get Better. These three words describe this book perfectly. Message In A Bottle and Sad Beautiful Tragic. This song is so raw and powerful and full of all the feels and that’s what The Notebook is as well. This is an epic love story and it needed an epic love song and Lover is perfect. For this one I took two of my faves, Nicholas Sparks and Taylor Swift and decided to give each of his books a Taylor Swift song that I think goes with it. This was originally going to be posted that week but things got busy and I didn’t have time to write and get them scheduled, but here it is now.
