I don't know if I'll read this book again, but I am definitely going to read the rest of this author's books!įor those of you who like NA, you'll probably love it. But OMG the banter, the friendships, it's just so funny and heartwarming, without being slapstick. It's very NA, or what I think NA is like (the drama! the crises! the emotional intensity!). Boy meets girl, helps her through some stuff, they have great friends, go to college, have some drama, get over it, the end.
Secondly, I don't really read NA/college books, I've lived through it thanks, don't need the reminders.īut, I was in a mood for some OW drama, and this was on a GR list, so. I hate the poetic blurbs that don't tell you what the story is about. Now, normally, if I read a blurb like this, I skip the book out of principle. There is a promise so sure it can never lie. LUCY- There is a love so fierce it cannot be measured.
